  • If for any reason the ownership of the voucher is in contention, we will automatically defer the ownership to the purchaser whose details were given on purchase.

Specific Requirements

  • Each experience/tour carries a minimum age for a reason; please adhere to this when booking otherwise it may result in our keepers/rangers/tour guides turning you away on the day. There will be no refunds offered if you do not adhere to age restrictions.

  • It is up to the individual to assess their own fitness levels for each experience as some do require a degree of fitness. Longleat reserves the right to ask you not to continue with an experience if we feel you are not physically able to partake.

  • It is also up to the individual to make Longleat aware in writing of any serious health complaint that may put yourself or others in danger.

  • Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate those with a disability or learning difficulty, due to practicality and health and safety this cannot always be achieved. Please contact Longleat (email [email protected] or call us on 01985 844400) with any special requirements before booking to find out the experiences available.

  • With each VIP experience (excluding closed date only experiences), you will receive a Longleat Day Ticket as part of the package. This Day Ticket must be used on the date of your experience; it cannot be transferred to another guest or date and cannot be used towards upgrades such as Annual Passes or Two Day Tickets.

  • If you do not book in your VIP Experience to take place within the given 12 months validity, the voucher will become void and cannot be extended, refunded or transferred.

  • Our 4 x 4 vehicles have 8 passenger seats which includes 1 in the front, 3across the middle and 4 smaller side facing seats in the rear. For comfort and viewing purposes we take a maximum of 6 guests per vehicle. If you feel this number of people would reduce your comfort on the experience then please either purchase an exclusive vehicle for your party or additional spaces as required. If on the day we are not able to fit the 6 booked guests in then the tour may be forfeited and guests asked to rebook for a different off peak date.

  • Our VIP House Library Tour is not able to accommodate those in a wheelchair due to the location of the libraries.

Goody Bag Bookings

  • Goody Bags are non-refundable.

  • A maximum of 6 Goody bags can be purchased at one time.

  • Specific cuddly toy requests can be sent by email to [email protected] quoting the reference number and we will do our best subject to availability.
